Create a document upload ZIP
When a service asks for several files, a single ZIP can make the handoff easier when ZIP archives are accepted. Clear filenames and a logical set of documents matter.
Use clear filenames
Prefer names such as passport-photo.jpg, signature.png and certificate.pdf rather than camera-generated names. Avoid characters that a destination system may reject.
Keep only the requested files
Do not add unrelated originals, duplicates or private working files. A smaller, deliberate archive is easier to inspect.
Check the destination rules
Some services accept ZIP files while others require each document separately. Follow the destination's stated file types, size limits and naming rules.
