Put pages in the right order
Select your images in the order you want them to appear when possible. Review the sequence before submitting a multi-page document.
Keep the PDF simple
For ordinary scans and photographs, a straightforward image-based PDF is often sufficient. If a destination specifically requires searchable text or PDF/A, use a tool that supports those requirements.
Check the final size
Multiple high-resolution photos can create a large PDF. If the destination has a maximum size, compress or resize the source images before converting.
